Shipping policy

We use a variety of couriers from our production facility here in Mount Evelyn, where we aim to have 48-hour turnaround, provided orders are received before 12-noon the same day.

Occasionally, there can be some minor delays with couriers, so we always recommend ordering early in the week. Orders past 12-noon Thursday will likely arrive the following Monday.

We also offer FREE delivery for orders of $100 or more. For anything under, we’ll charge a standard freight cost.
